Our Bartender Services
At Kate Phillips Bartenders LLC, we provide certified bartenders and everything needed to create a fully equipped bar from the ground up—keg taps, tables, shakers, and more. We handle the setup so you can focus on enjoying your event.
As the client, you’ll provide beer, wine, and liquor according to state laws, along with any items listed on our bar checklist. Our team arrives 1.5 hours before your cocktail hour to prepare a seamless experience, and we don’t set a strict departure time—your guests can celebrate as long as the fun lasts!
One Bartender
$200
One bartender can efficiently serve events with up to 80 guests, making this option ideal for smaller gatherings or corporate functions. They will arrive approximately 1.5 hours before the event to set up and will remain until the last of your guests depart. We do not set a strict end time, ensuring your guests feel welcomed and comfortable for as long as they wish to celebrate.
Two Bartenders
$400
A team of two bartenders can efficiently serve 100 to 250 guests, making them well-suited for medium to large events. They will arrive approximately 1.5 hours before cocktail hour to ensure the bar is fully set up and presentable. As with all our services, we do not impose a strict end time, allowing your guests to feel welcomed and enjoy the celebration at their own pace.
Three Bartenders
$600
For events with more than 250 guests, we recommend a team of three bartenders. They will arrive 1.5 hours prior to cocktail hour to ensure a smooth and seamless setup. As with all our services, we do not enforce a set end time, allowing your guests to fully enjoy the celebration at their own pace.
